Warranty and Returns Policy

At IQ Plus Music, we take pride in crafting high-quality, child-friendly musical instruments. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

For orders placed on Shopee, Lazada, or other marketplaces, please contact the customer support team on the platform where your purchase was made. The return policy below applies only to purchases made directly from the IQ Plus Music website.

To qualify for a return:

  • A Return Authorization must be obtained by contacting our support team via LINE (@iqplusmusic) or email before shipping the product back. Unapproved returns may be delayed or rejected.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
  • The product must be in original or reasonably used condition
  • All original packaging and included accessories (e.g., mallets, storage bags) must be returned

We accept returns for both opened and used items, provided they meet the above conditions.

❌ Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or accidental damage.

❌ Returns with missing parts or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the original product price.

IQ Plus will carefully assess the condition and eligibility of all returned products. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether a return meets our policy criteria.

3. Product Warranty: 30 Days for Manufacturing Defects

All IQ Plus Music products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects only.

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact our support team via LINE (@iqplusmusic) or email
  • Submit clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Provide proof of purchase

Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or general wear and tear.

4. Return Shipping
  • For defective products, IQ Plus Music will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to our support team. IQ Plus Music is not responsible for lost or untrackable return packages.

All returns must be shipped to our fulfilment centre in Thailand. Our support team will provide the address once your return is authorized.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via LINE or email
  • If approved, a full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note: Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the date of our confirmation, please contact our support team.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
